Theory of Unity in Organization.

Society. A group of people lives together with some codes of conduct. In ancient times it was needed to protect the human species from other animals and forest fires. So sapiens started to live in groups. A true civilization starts from Greek culture. Along with the time, modifications, renovation is done. Now in todayโ€™s world, it becomes complex. Now a question arises that how to control those societies, how to avoid conflicts between various communities? How to ensure stability In existing societies? To understand these problems we will structure how society forms and how it works. We will specifically look at problems of unity.

I will explain it through a scenario. Consider a guy who makes some allegations on all farmers about using innocent soilโ€™s capacity of germination, free of cost without giving much more back to the soil. Every time soil gives 200-300% more yield than sowing. To increase that % yield farmers used fertilizer and pesticides and diminished the soil quality, soil texture. A purely open legalized fraud with soil. Listening to these allegations some of the farmers came forward and proposed a solution to optimize soil conditions. The solution will help to recover from that drastic change. Instead of this solution guy already sorted those solutions with implementable strategies. Work starts in the community to build, implement those solutions and the guy comes into power in that community.

Now examine the scenario.

  • Someone creates an identity(identity of soil)

  • Showed that it is unnoticed, identity gets harmed by some external factors (fertilizer, pesticides), demonstrated its discrimination, and now wants to change.

  • Created a community of people who feel that identity gets harmed.

  • Used that community to work for certain interests regards to the soil. (Power )

Now think about this structure from a broad perspective. The created identity need not be real, it may be virtual ex. Nationalism. Stronger the attachment with Identity stronger the identity. Ex. Attachment of people with Godโ€™s. Unity will more as external threats more and frequent. If external factors are missing it will lead to starting internal conflicts. Because everyone wants to exercise power. Now apply this to current scenarios. You can relate this with Israeli Unity, How Hitler used nationalism as an identity to gain power. How does this virtual identity keep all countries United?

Now if someone has to exercise power. Just make sure all structure completes โ€ข Create an Identity โ€ข Make a strong attachment to it. โ€ข Communise the all attached people โ€ข Project some interest (vision) as a community goal โ€ข Exercise power.

How to control Unity?

External factors (threats) Maybe real, virtual. Fear to manipulate. If someone wants unity more just simply induce or project external threat to the identity. The opposite is also the truth that if there are no external threats to the identity, it will become weak.

Barriers of Theory?

1. Itโ€™s very hard to make any identity in lesser time. It takes usually years. Even if someone creates that identity, people attached to it should feel injustice with identity. 2. Itโ€™s very difficult to project social interest as a solution to the problem. If this solution doesnโ€™t match with social interest, people will feel they get manipulated by the leader. The leader used them for his interest and protests, striking results out of it. 3. Regulation of power. Now you can relate this theory with national identity, effects of external threats on the country ( Ex. Israel). Why do people get influenced by the great majority using the identity?

Think of it!! Get aware of it!!
