Do you ever tried to watch yourself ? Someone who tries to watch themselves knows how it will works. It gives immense pleasure and energy to perform better in present. let's illustrate the things with practical. Simply stand on single leg. Can you? Now close your eyes and let's see what happens. Can you observed that the time upto which you hold it without closing your eyes is more than closed eyes. Right?
Do you ever wonder why is it so? Most probably people find themselves unable to remain hold more in closing eyes conditions than open eyes. It's due to our focus and attention. When you are in open eyes condition you are more likely to see the things front of you or either focusing on just a single thought while you closed eyes now much more thoughts raised that leads to distraction. The reason I explained that condition is similar to point I want to explain. Mind is always striving for thoughts .
Now readers mind is like I know all that meditation,awareness all that spiritual stuff but so what? What I am supposed do with all that ? I am also thinking same about a years ago. Now what I find is you just have to be present. Live a life with present but it's the hardest thing that I find to perform. Whenever I thought of present my mind will travelling across corners of the world in future and in sorrow experiences of my past. Then solution comes that focus on breathing that will helps to came on present moment . It works but again problem of consistency. Practicing the things again and again improvises towards the perfection. So obviously habit building part takes entry here. After that it's part of sharing some of the experiences with others as they will get benefit of that experience. Right?
Now the question is their what I am supposed to do right now ? I will simply answer as I don't know. I even don't know I observed myself right or it's just a blind perception? But yes in the period of time I get improved. Some changes are their.
